Effort have been paid

28th March 2014, Friday, 04:30 - Yesterday, what we have been practicing  about a month ago, have been paid with victory. We gave all we got to the audiences and the judges, It's a really satisfy after what we have done, and the effort been paid.. Poem, even though I just an actor that night, I give all my best so My team can have the victory. 2nd places, we keep our best and will try to achieve 1st place next year.. I aim to be the best among the best.. Next up, will be creative dance..

Seize The Day

March, 24, 2014 - Around this month until the next following month, I have a tough busy day. Everything seems to goes in once shot. I'm really being tied with class, projects, unfinished assignments, competitions, etc. Students life is real busy. I don't have time for me either. Tired but still tried to do my best this year.

Manipulating People

3rd March 2014, 04:13 - Welcome March, two weeks ago, I had performed a Malay theatre for a competition. A bit busy after done that, busy working on poems and creative dance for the coming competition. Wow, I achieve my goal to buy a camera, and I also run out of money since I've used all of it to buy the camera. Okay, enough with all the craps. Back to the main topic today - "manipulating people". Whose manipulating and whose manipulated?

Well actually, I raised this issue because last night, the winner of the theater's competition has been announce and most of the participants and audiences disagree with the decision because it seem 'biased'. Let make it easy, As I were there too last night, I observe what has happen during the event. Before the competition started, we have been informed that one of the judges is a felo from one of the residential's college. Not to mention who he is. but during our practice period they do come to observed us and he did say he won't be bias.

I keep that as a promised from him. So last night, I observed him, on the time for award giving ceremony, he was on the stage helping to give the award to the winner, he look smile happily when most of the award been rewarded to his college's participants. Then heard more voices critic him, suddenly he turn to be a little mad. It's not all about winning, but it's about trust, and responsibility. Most people who attended the event feel disappointed. Some of the awards are not qualified to be gave to those guys. Even we, most of us predicted the one who should win based on the acting end with lose.

Actually, it's really unfair to have one of the college's officer as the judges, because they can manipulate people especially participants to get prizes. It's really an unfair game and I really felt like they are taking bribe even though it's not involve a solid giving prizes. The real game to compete is, it been judges by the one not connected to the participants, didn't know who is the participants, so it will be fair. Hopefully, he will been punish with something suit with what he done and this biased will ended.
